The Albino Hedgehog looks like a ball with spikes. We can identify Albino Hedgehog from Common Hedgehog by the colour of eyes and skin. Unlike common hedgehogs, Albino Hedgehogs share white skin and pink eyes.
An albino has completely white or just slightly yellow quills that stay that way. They have bright red eyes. A leucistic hedgehog has white or slightly yellow quills that can change to that over time, but only those colors.
The noted sensitivity to light of eyes and skin in albinos barely affects the noctural hedgehog. Other effects of albinism relating to fundamental low immunity or particular susceptibility to disease due to the gene mutation are as unproven in hedgehogs as in white coloured, red-eyed rabbits, rats and mice.
