Male Cockatiel, never bites, talks and whistles

Description

Rio is a male cockatiel, 1year+ and can make whistles, bells and also says “Rio Naughty boy”. Never ever bites no matter who holds him, but is shy and won’t come to everyone automatically. He comes on my finger when presented but will possibly try and avoid new people for some time at first. He loves to sit next to you and will not fly away.
